You want your mom to feel special, but all of the usual gifts just won't cut it. Well, say so long, farewell, auf Wiedersehen, adieu to this problem, because we've got you covered with our Mother's Day Brunch screening of THE SOUND OF MUSIC. All tickets are $5.
This classic Rodgers and Hammerstein musical features all of your mom's favorite things, including gorgeous scenery, adorable children, wonderful songs and a swoon-worthy romance. Winner of five Academy Awards, including Best Picture, THE SOUND OF MUSIC remains a soaring, inspiring film that everyone can enjoy, whether you're sixteen going on seventeen or sixteen going on sixty.
Plus, watching Maria (the luminous Julie Andrews) wrangle seven children will certainly give you a new appreciation for your mother.
We'll be offering a special brunch menu to accompany the film. So slip on your best curtain ensemble and treat your mother to a cinematic trip to Salzburg, where the hills are alive with the sound of Mother's Day celebration.
