Auditioning for Musical Theater Workshop (middle & high school ages)

Are you ready for the next musical theater audition? Maybe you have experience auditioning for musicals, but want to take it up a notch?
This three day workshop will include both voice and dance techniques and skills to help you better prepare for that next audition.
Students will have help choosing appropriate songs for their vocal range and receive basic vocal instruction and tips. After the first meeting students must practice their chosen song to prepare for performance.
Learning how to tackle the dance audition is just as important as the vocals. Typical jazz/musical theater dance steps will be introduced and practiced in order to become more confident during the dance audition. Students will experience a mock dance audition.
The final day of the workshop will culminate with song performances as well as a dance audition performance and final feedback.
