Want to be prepared the next time you audition for a play at school or your local community theater?
Maybe you have some audition experience, but want to take it to the next level?
This three day workshop will help students learn how to make the most of their audition experience.
Students will learn how to choose monologues that work best for age range and play style from the library of monologues provided during the first meeting. They will then work on the memorization of the monologue to be prepared for performance. Students will also practice and become skilled at cold readings, sharpen presentation skills, and improve self confidence.
The final meeting of the workshop will culminate with monologue presentations and final feedback.
