During Ale’s dance sessions, you will learn basic steps of Mexican folklore dances in a fun and interactive way. Classes feature coordination, focus, rhythm, history, dynamics, and Mexican folk dance techniques and steps.

This class is uplifting with a high level of energy! Students are challenged with work that requires high levels of physical activity, creativity, and mindfully keeps students in tune with present moment awareness. The teacher uses songs, stories, music, and traditional choreography.
