Be A Maker Summer Camps - Betty Brinn Children's Museum - Milwaukee

Register your young maker today for our Be A Maker Summer Camps! Rising second graders (for the 2019-2020 school year) and older students are invited to participate in our half-day camps. Facilitated by our Be A Maker (BAM) educators, camp participants will work in our dynamic makerspace to hone their design skills, learn how to safely use a variety of equipment and tools, and enjoy the process of making in our multi-use space that encourages experimentation, inventiveness and open-ended exploration.

Be A Maker Half-Day Summer Camps

Grades 2-3 (Ages 7-9)
8-11 a.m.
Young makers are invited to explore the Museum’s Be A Maker space and participate in hands-on STEAM workshops. Campers will participate in projects all week long, including: simple robotics, sewing, mini Pinewood Derby, design challenges, chemistry experiments and compressed air rockets.
Campers should bring a healthy snack!
