Free Cook-Along BC Event to Celebrate World Milk Day

Calling all families: Celebrate all things dairy on World Milk Day! Enjoy a free online cooking lesson with Chef Trevor Randle from 5:30pm to 7:00pm on June 1. Chef Randle will provide expert instruction as he guides you online through two delicious recipes featuring milk, cream, and cheese based dishes:
• BC Ancho-Lime Beef Fajitas with White Cheddar Queso (vegetarian option available)
• Tres Leches Cake
Fraser Valley farmers Grant and Amanda Bouwman of Mardelen Holsteins Ltd. will also join Chef Randle to provide fun insights on dairy farming. Plus, webinar participants will be entered into prize draws for a chance to win dairy gift certificates and other prizes totalling $3,000!
