West Vliet Street Holiday Happenings 2023

Your official kickoff to the 2023 holiday shopping season, the shops and restaurants of West Vliet Street once again invite you to join us for a festive weekend of shopping, dining, and merriment! Stroll, shop, and sip while popping in and out of our great gift shops brimming with treasures and grab a delicious bite to eat at our fun eateries. Friday, November 10th, 5-8PM, Saturday, November 11th, 10AM-4PM.

In what has become a Holiday Happenings tradition, our horse drawn wagon will return to transport shoppers along West Vliet Street. And grab a cup of hot cider to keep you warm while on board. Sponsored by West Vliet Street businesses. Wagon hours are Friday evening from 6-8PM, and Saturday from noon until 3PM.

Shop and dine locally on Milwaukee’s west side in the historic Washington Heights neighborhood on Vliet Street from 43rd to 60th Streets.
