Note: Once registration opens, the ability to purchase a camp will appear on each individual camp page. Placing a camp in your shopping cart does not reserve your spot. Camp placement is guaranteed upon completed purchase and camper profile submission.
A completed camper profile is required for each camper prior to registration
Submitting this secure, online form before the registration date is highly encouraged as you will not be able to purchase camps online until this is submitted. This profile includes a health history and emergency care plan, as well as childcare enrollment information. An automated email reply will be sent after each child’s profile has been received.
Camper profiles are not required to be submitted for children enrolling in hand-in-hand week-long camps.
Immunization forms are required for each camper but are not required in order to register. These forms can be mailed, dropped off, or faxed directly to the Center (414-352-6091) from the child’s doctor’s office and must be submitted prior to their first day of camp.
Important Camp Notes
An automated email reply will be sent after submitting each camper profile. Upon purchase of a camp, you will receive an emailed receipt which will serve as a temporary confirmation. The Registrar will send out full confirmation details for each enrolled camper prior to March 1.
