Youth Performance Lab: Intro to Stage Combat

Pow! Zap! Bonk! This high-energy workshop introduces the basics of unarmed stage combat. Participants will learn to safely execute foundational moves like punches, grapples, and falls—and combine them into a choreographed fight scene. Come dressed to move, and don’t forget water and a quick snack. Open to experienced fighters and newcomers ages 12–18.
