Falls Festival of The Arts 2026 - Menomonee Falls

Something beautiful is coming! Join us for the Falls Festival of the Arts, presented by Falls Art @ Large, Menomonee Falls Art Guild and Menomonee Falls Events, on Saturday, August 22, from 10:00 AM–5:00 PM at Village Park. The festival hosts 100+ artists, artisans and makers with demonstrations, kids zone, live original music, food trucks, beer & wine garden, street performers, a community art project, and more! Patiopalooza: Free Family Fun Every Thursday in Wauwatosa (Summer 2026)

Food trucks, smoke bubbles, music, and kids activities every Thursday on the Little Village patio. If you're a parent in Wauwatosa or the greater Milwaukee area looking for free, family-friendly things to do this summer, mark your Thursdays. Patiopalooza is here every Thursday from May thru September, 4 – 8pm, on the Little Village Play Cafe patio at 6505 W North Ave + 65th Street. It's the kind of low-key, easy-yes weeknight outing parents actually look forward to. No tickets, no admission, no overplanning. Just food trucks, popsicles, smoke bubbles, music, crafts, & a whole lot of kids running around the patio while grownups finally enjoy happy hour ($6 sangria + taps and $11 charcuterie boards!).

Railfan Day - East Troy Railroad Museum

Enjoy an interesting, fun and informative day out for railfans and photographers! Our first train departs East Troy at 10am and the last regularly scheduled train leaves at 3pm. Skate Night at the MMSD West Basin

Skate Night is coming back for a 5th annual year! Join NWSCDC on Thursday, August 13th from 4:00pm-7:00pm at the MMSD West Basin site for an unforgettable evening of family fun! MKE Rec will be bringing their Skate Van to the MMSD West Basin, providing free roller skate rentals for kids and adults. Bring the whole family! We will provide free food (*while supplies last) and music. Parking is available on site. Visit our website for register. The event is free and open to the public! Walk-ups are welcome, but advanced RSVPs are appreciated. Remember to bring socks with you for skating! If you would like to use your own personal rollerblades or skates, you can bring those with you as well.

Serbian Days 2026

Serbian Days 2026 Festival is almost here—join us August 21–23 for one of Milwaukee’s favorite summer traditions at St. Sava Serbian Orthodox Cathedral and Cultural Center. Enjoy authentic Serbian food made from cherished family recipes, live music and entertainment all weekend, family-friendly rides and activities, and refreshing drinks in a welcoming atmosphere. Visit the Cathedral to admire its breathtaking architecture, magnificent mosaics, and Orthodox Christian artistry on guided tours offered throughout the weekend. Festival hours are Friday 5:00 PM to 11:00 PM, Saturday 12:00 PM to 11:00 PM, and Sunday 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Bring family and friends to celebrate culture and create lasting memories together this summer weekend.
