*The event has already taken place on this date: Sat, 04/19/2025
Join us for a refreshing community forest bathing experience during Earth Week! Forest bathing, or "Shinrin Yoku," is a practice that involves immersing yourself in nature and fully engaging your senses to experience the calming and healing effects of the outdoors. This gentle, mindful walk through the woods helps reduce stress, improve mood and boost overall wellbeing. It's an opportunity to reconnect with nature, breathe in the fresh air and enjoy the peacefulness of Havenwoods.
