Outdoor Yoga for Athletes w/ Kayla at Adventure Rock Milwaukee

Our slow flow classes move at a gentle pace, allowing you to take time in each pose and connect to your breath. Slower and lower than a vinyasa class. This is an adult yoga class and is for students 13 and up only. This is an outdoor class.
