Racine County Special Needs Resource Fair

A FREE Special Needs Resource Fair is being held on April 15, 2025 from 4:30-7pm at Union Grove Elementary School, 1745 Milldrum Street. There will be 100 agencies present to talk to about local and state disability resources. There will be free food, popcorn, coffee, and treat bags for kids, all while supplies last. There is a chance to win 1 of 30 different door prizes and greet a therapy dog, while also viewing emergency vehicles (weather dependent).

School districts in Racine County and the Aging and Disability Resource Center (ADRC) are organizing a FREE Racine County Special Need Resource Fair. It is being held on Tuesday, April 15, 2025, from 4:30 - 7:00 p.m at Union Grove Elementary School in Union Grove, Wisconsin. Enter through the front of the building.
The resource fair is being sponsored by: Kid Power Pediatric Occupational Therapy, Dose Health, Pink Umbrella Theater Company, Communities of Crocus, Society’s Assets, Educators Credit Union, Heart Line Counseling and Consulting, ADRC of Racine County, WI FACETS, First Person Care Consultants, LSS Connections IRIS Agency, Olive Branch Residential and Day Programs, Racine County Opportunity Center/Hands of Opportunity, Familia Dental, Living Your Purpose, Rebecca Mason Law LLC, Speaking Life Speech Therapy and Wellness, My Choice Wisconsin, Elder Advisors Law LLC, Shepherds College, Brighter Behaviors, and Autism United of Wisconsin.
Approximately 100 agencies (from Racine, Walworth, Waukesha, Milwaukee, Kenosha, Southeastern Wisconsin, and state-wide) will be available to connect individuals with local, county, and state-wide disability services and resources.
Available resources include: financial information, community-based therapies, respite opportunities, recreational ideas, job training, post-secondary education, mental health counseling, autism supports, living arrangements beyond the home, and more.

There will be 2 Spanish speaking interpreters at the event. We will have free food (partially donated by Kwik Trip) and popcorn (donated by TS Food Packaging) and coffee (donated by Shepherds College), all while supplies last.
Attendees will receive a bag donated by ADRC to carry their resources (while supplies last), have the opportunity to greet a therapy dog, and try to win one of the 30 door prizes. There will be treat bags for kids who attend (while supplies last). Weather permitting, there will be a few emergency vehicles and a school bus outside. A few agencies will also have some kid games.
