Snack Hack: Kids Kitchen at Mitchell Street Library

"You are what you eat!" This food literacy program is designed for children, youth, and families to explore the world of food. Each weekly session will include a hands-on cooking lesson that focuses on a specific nutritional element, food group, cooking principle, or history of food. Sessions include a snack for attendees. All supplies will be provided.
