Camp Start at Timber-lee is designed especially for younger campers, blending age-appropriate adventures like swimming, climbing, and exploring wildlife with meaningful spiritual growth. Each day is filled with fun activities, engaging Bible stories, and hands-on projects, creating a summer your child will never forget!

This five-night session is perfect for grades 7-12 who are curious about a future career as a first responder. You’ll receive hands-on training from professionals in law enforcement, fire fighting and EMS. You’ll work alongside professionals at the Milwaukee Area Technical College Oak Creek campus during the day and spend your nights sleeping indoors at Camp Alice Chester in East Troy.

Our counselor-in-training programs will take you from being a camper to working at camp as you build leadership skills and develop confidence leading younger campers. After successfully completing counselor-in-training III, you will be invited to work at camp the following summer.

With water levels fluctuating in the summer, you never know if you’ll be in a group raft or individual raft. Either way your guide will make sure you have a great time. In your downtime, you’ll tent camp at Wildman’s and hike around the local waterfalls!
