Our counselor-in-training programs will take you from being a camper to working at camp as you build leadership skills and develop confidence leading younger campers. After successfully completing counselor-in-training III, you will be invited to work at camp the following summer.
Strengthen your leadership resume by developing your competence working with campers alongside the counselors and specialists. Strengthen your confi dence by leading an activity you design as part of an all-camp session, as well as one for a unit. Take a fi eld trip to see one or more local camps. Discover how they are different or the same as Camp Alice Chester. Meet their teen leaders and learn how their leadership program works.
Grades: At least age 16 and having completed 10th grade at the time of camp
