Kids 2 Kids Toy Drive

Kapco’s Kids2Kids Christmas originated after retired WTMJ radio host, Jonathan Green, and Kapco President, Jim Kacmarcik, envisioned a campaign that would help both low-income children as well as make an impact on the children who contributed. When the endeavor was launched in 2006, Kapco’s original goal was to collect 1,000 toys. Yet, through the active participation and generosity of schools, business, organizations and thousands of generous individuals, this number was far surpassed. Now, 14 years later, the toy count tops well over 20,000 toys annually and just as importantly, several thousand children actively participate in this cause by volunteering and contributing toys.
