This “ASL Club for Families” focuses on developing American Sign Language skills using a combination of games, storytelling, and art, so that the entire family can connect and improve communication with their Deaf or pre-verbal child. *Families comprised solely of hearing individuals are also welcome.*

The camp begins with a visit to the koi pond to learn about the Koi fish and water plants. Campers will then head to the north shore for catch-and-release fishing, followed using nets to search for tadpoles, frogs, and turtles in various garden water spots.

This Maritime Camp will be held in July and introduce participants to the dual experience of sailing and rowing. Participants will also learn from MCSC and AHB staff and volunteers docking and launching procedures, knot-tying, weather considerations and various other hands-on maritime skills.

Sessions are for five days in East Troy and are perfect if you want to experience camp during the day and return to the comforts of home at night. Sessions are focused on themes in creative arts, STEM, nature exploration, performing arts, and sports and games.
