Sessions at these completely volunteer-led camps are for five days and are perfect if you’re looking for a way to get involved with your local Girl Scout community by yourself, with a friend, or with your troop. You’ll participate in progressive activities so you can continue to learn new skills as you grow! Volunteer to go to camp with your Girl Scout for a day (or more!) to create the best camp experience for Girl Scouts in your area.

Build your confidence as you climb higher (or lower)! Our climbing programs are progressive, which means as you move up through the programs (and in the air) you learn new skills and increase your comfort level. When you’re not climbing, you’ll have a great time at Camp Alice Chester!

Not sure what adventure you want to focus on? Try one of our specialty trips as you discover something new and fun!! Each program offers a unique adventure. When you’re not spending time on an adventure, you’ll have a great time at Camp Alice Chester, enjoying our traditional camp activities- rock wall, arts n’ crafts, swimming, sports and games, nature and more. Some programs may have overnights away from camp so you may not do all traditional activities, dependent on time and weather.

Our counselor-in-training programs will take you from being a camper to working at camp as you build leadership skills and develop confidence leading younger campers. After successfully completing counselor-in-training III, you will be invited to work at camp the following summer.

Camp Odayin’s summer camp for children with heart disease in grades 1-11 is an overnight experience where campers benefit from connecting with other young people who may share similar health, emotional, and social concerns.
